Enhanced Technical Support (ETS) is designed to assist enterprise clients who are projecting rapid growth, lack technical expertise or require maximum uptime for their mission-critical applications. Monthly Maintenance Service

OMS maintenance agreements greatly minimize the threat of data loss, down time, security breaches, operation system failures, or devastating viruses. Our maintenance agreements include weekly and/or monthly on-site and remote services. OMS on-site maintenance allows us to view and monitor your systems’ resources and health during peak usage and perform any necessary equipment repairs. Our remote maintenance allows us to keep systems as secure and up to date as possible without disrupting the productivity and workflow of your business.  

The size of each client’s network determines the appropriate maintenance plan for their IT environment. By basing a plan on the size and complexity of the client’s network, maintenance duration may vary according to the required maintenance level, but the service charge remains a flat rate.
